Terms and Conditions

Prices + Taxes Prices are in US Dollars + are subject to change + based on availability. Rates are subject to 6% State Occupancy Tax, as well as a 11% Fort Worth Occupancy Tax.

Payment Methods Rooms may be guaranteed by all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We do not accept cash. Payment is taken the day of arrival for Fully Flexible rates. If you book a Non-Refundable rate, your credit card will be charged the full amount at booking.

Guest Identification Upon check-in, guests are required to provide a form of government-issued photo ID for us to keep on file. This includes a valid Drivers License, Passport, and/or State ID card. Guests must be 21 to check into the hotel, unless they are active military, then they can check in at 18 with valid military ID card.

Deposits When booking a Non-Refundable rate booking, you will be charged the full amount of your booking total at time of booking. 

Incidental Hold Upon check in, we reserve the right to place a temporary hold of $100 on the credit card for incidental purposes. The hold minus any charges, will be removed upon check-out. Depending on your bank and the day of the week, the hold may take 24hrs - 15 business days to be removed. 

Cancellations To cancel your booking, please reach out to us via telephone (817.330.9886) or email (frontdesk@hoteldryce.com):

• If you booked a Non-Refundable rate, you cannot cancel your reservation, and you will not be refunded. 
• If you booked a Fully-Flexible Rate, you can cancel within 3 days of arrival, with no penalty.
• If cancelled within 2 days of booking start date, Hotel Dryce will collect the full amount of the stay.
• If you do not show up for your reservation, you will not be refunded. Hotel Dryce held that room for you and could not sell it. 

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions within the Hotel Dryce Cancellation Policy. Hotel Dryce is not responsible for any event rescheduling or cancellations that are tied to your reservation date. This includes events hosted by Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Memorial, and any other non-Hotel Dryce event hosts. In order to avoid any cancellation penalties for Fully Flexible rates, contact the Hotel Dryce team via phone or email 3 days before your reservation date. Cancellations within 48hrs of your reservation date are subject to the entire booking fee.

Minimum Age You must be 21 to rent our property or occupy a guest room without a guardian. Active military members can check in at 18 with valid military ID card.

Check Out Checkout at Hotel Dryce is at 11am and late check outs are subject to availability. If available and approved by the Front Desk, a 1 pm late check out is a half-day charge. If you check out at 3 pm or later, there is a full-day charge.

Hotel Accessibility If our ADA option is not available online, please email or call us to specify your ADA needs. 

Parking We have complimentary on-site parking spaces available for hotel guests and reserve 1 parking spot per/room. When you check-in with the front desk, please confirm where you parked your vehicle. 

Damage to Property Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property. Guests may be charged cleaning fees in regards to damaged, destroyed, or excessively soiled towels, linens, and other soft goods, as well as furniture and electronic items. For full property reservations and in other situations under management’s discretion, a damage and security deposit will be required.

No Smoking, Vaping, or Lighting Candles  We do not allow smoking or vaping in the rooms or public spaces of the hotel. There is a designated smoking area on the hotel grounds. Evidence of smoking or vaping, including the smell or sight of smoke, in the room or in the public and private outdoor areas will result in a minimum $350 charge plus the cost of any damaged property. We also do not allow the burning of candles or incense.

Group Reservations Group reservations start at 6 guests (typically 5 rooms). Before booking online, please contact us regarding your group’s stay so that we can mutually determine if our hotel is a good fit for your group. All group rentals of 3 or more rooms will be reviewed by management prior to booking confirmation: frontdesk@hoteldryce.com

Commercial Filming & Photography Please contact the hotel to submit a request.

Pet Policy Dogs are welcome in our patio area, but we are not able to accommodate dogs or any other pets in our hotel rooms. Formally trained service dogs are always welcome and must be disclosed at check-in. We unfortunately do not accept emotional support dogs. Evidence of a non-approved pet in the room will result in a minimum $200 charge, plus the cost of any damaged property.

Quiet Hours  All guests must keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. We want you to have a good time, but please be considerate of guests who may be sleeping. If a guest complaint is made due to excessive noise, you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Room Subletting All guests must be registered with the front desk. Only authorized guests may occupy guest rooms. Rooms may not be sublet, advertised for resale, or otherwise occupied by non-registered guest(s) without prior management approval. A usage fee will be charged for unauthorized guests.

Housekeeping Services Stayover rooms are serviced on the third day. If you need anything before that time, please contact the Front Desk.
