Hotel Dryce

A Gateway to the New Fort Worth

Authenticity By Design

Hotel Dryce is for the traveler to Fort Worth looking for an authentic experience guided by the people and accented by the places that make our big little town special. In a city whose outward perception is dominated by a fraction of its personality, we’re here to provide a perspective of Panther City through the lens of locals.

Located in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, Hotel Dryce is surrounded by three of the nation’s most renowned museums, art galleries and the new Dickies Arena. We’re deeply influenced by and just steps away from a diverse mix of arts and culture.

Welcome to Fort Worth.
We Can’t Wait to Show You Around.

Our Story

In the Summer of 2018, Allen Mederos and Jonathan Morris stumbled upon an old dry ice warehouse for sale. One global pandemic and three years later, that old warehouse is now Hotel Dryce, the 21-room hotel and lobby bar that these local entrepreneurs felt Fort Worth was missing.

Hotel Dryce blends industrial elements of the original ice warehouse with comfortable modern decor to create an unpretentious, uncluttered balance of space. Part of what makes Funkytown funky is the merging of old and new. Hotel Dryce is born out of that same juxtaposition, shining a spotlight on where we’re headed without turning a blind eye to where we’ve been.
